Additional instructions and important items to note before making your picks

• You must provide your real name when submitting your picks. It is important to include your real name in the required field for pool administrative purposes. However, you can include a pool name in the "Name" field that I have provided. If you do not wish to use a pool name, please re-enter your real name in the "Name" field as the field is required and is the Pool ID used by the program. I will use the "Name" that you enter to identify you in the pool and on the reports.

• If you are submitting more than one pick, please place a number after the "Name" field to make it unique. Otherwise, the pool software will recognize your picks as duplicates and will overwrite your picks or not include your additional picks. For example, if I submit three entries, I would submit them in the "Name" field as Doe, John-1, Doe, John-2, and Doe, John-3, or Doe, John(1), Doe, John(2), and Doe, John(3). This naming scheme requirement does not apply to the "Real Name" field. If you have any questions please contact me and I can assist you with this matter.

• If you are a new participant, please enter who referred you to the pool in the "Who Referred U?" field on the entry form.   Enter "Returning player" if you've participated in the pool previously.

By submitting an entry pick sheet, you agree to the rules and terms of the pool. Following are the significant highlights of the rules:

1. There is no limit as to how many times you can enter.

2. The deadline for receipt and/or entering your pick sheets/entries is Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 12:30 PM (ET). Only valid entries will be posted to the web site by late afternoon or early evening of Thursday, March 17, 2011.
